(hereinafter referred to as "Some Comany") operates a dating platform (hereinafter referred to as "Platform") on the Internet portal myvelvetconnection.com. In this context, Some Comany allows you to create a profile, browse other members' profiles, send and receive messages, and make use of other features designed to help members connect with each other.

The use of the platform is subject to the following terms and conditions, which are valid at the time of registration or order. Some Comany does not recognise any other general terms and conditions that you may have, unless Some Comany has agreed to their validity in writing.

By registering for and/or purchasing a paid subscription, you accept these Terms and Conditions.

2. Purchases

Should you wish to purchase a product or service made available through the Service, we may request certain information relevant to your purchase. This may include, but is not limited to, your credit card number, expiration date, phone number and address.

You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct and complete.

The service may use third-party services to facilitate payment and the completion of purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide it to these third parties in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies

5.1 Subscription Description

Some Comany subscriptions are paid subscriptions that allow you to access extended content and features through our web-based dating platform. There are 3 different subscription options (Plans):

We currently offer the following subscription packages, billed every 28 days:

Basic service package will charge you approximately 50 EUR every 28 days
Premium service package will charge you approximately 60 EUR every 28 days
VIP service package will charge you approximately 90 EUR every 28 days

You will have access to the respective services as long as your subscription is valid.

5.2 Purchase Agreement

By entering the requested information in the online order form and clicking on the "COMPLETE PAYMENT" button, you will submit a legally binding offer for a fee-based subscription. The agreement will be accepted by Some Comany upon the issuance of a notice of acceptance, which will be sent to you immediately by email.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 General Information

Refund Window: According to our refund policy, customers have a period of two weeks from the date of purchase to request a refund. Refund requests can be submitted via email to [email protected] or by support phone number .

Verification Process: We may request specific customer information, including email address, phone number, first and last name, current address, reason for the refund, and any other relevant details to validate the transaction. Refunds are authorised or declined only after thorough verification of the provided data.

6.2 Requesting a Refund

Should customers wish to initiate a refund, they are invited to contact [email protected] or call the provided number. Please use 'Refund Request' in the email subject line. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please note that only the second charge is refundable, as the first payment is made independently after acknowledging the terms listed on our website.

6.3 Refund Processing

A definitive decision regarding the refund will be communicated via email within five working days of receiving the requested final information. Once approved, refunds will be processed within ten business days. Refunds cannot be approved if the specified timeframe has passed or if the customer declines to provide the necessary information.

6.4 Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact us to resolve transaction-related issues before initiating a chargeback. Once a chargeback is initiated, the customer is no longer eligible for a refund.

7. Cancellation Policy

To terminate your membership, you are required to cancel your subscription a minimum of two days prior to the conclusion of the current term. Please be aware that the Company will automatically renew your membership if you do not send a cancellation request at least two (2) days prior to the membership expiration term.

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership if: you breach these Terms & Conditions, you misuse the Site or Services, it is required by law, or payment is not received.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its initial content, features and functionalities are and will remain the exclusive property of Some Comany and its licensors. Please note that our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Some Comany.

Our service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Some Comany. Some Comany has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party websites or services.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service with immediate effect, at our sole discretion, for any reason and without prior notice or liability, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

You hereby agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Some Comany and its licensee and licensors, and their respective employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

In no event shall Some Comany, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14. Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. In the event of a revision being deemed material, a minimum of 30 days' notice will be provided prior to the implementation of any new terms.
